Can I come to the home inspection?
We like to have a couple of hours before the client comes to the home to start our inspection process and gather some information that we can share with you.
We 100% recommend that you come to a walk through of the property with us!
There is no substitute for actually putting your eyes on the things listed in the report and hearing the way something is talked about so you truly understand the the level of importance a deficiency has.
Do You Charge Mileage?
A Mileage fee of $0.60 per mile may be required after 100 miles round trip.
Did my house pass the inspection?
A home inspection is not a pass or fail thing. The home inspection is performed so that you have the most information about things that you may have to spend money fixing when you buy the home. The great thing about a home inspection report is you can have a list of things to work on, better yet, you can use it for negotiations in the buying process!
When can I get my home inspection report?
We will have the report to you no later than 48 hours after the inspection. You will usually have the report within 24 hours of the inspection.
What if I have a question about the inspection?
Give us a call, we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
